Role Overview

Fisker Automotive is looking for passionate Analyst, Systems, Data and Admin, to join our growing team based in Munich, Germany. This exciting cross- functional position will give you the opportunity to work with departments across the global Fisker organization.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with logistics suppliers to ensure our systems are updated and the reflect the right data
  • Set up and maintain Fisker's vehicle tracking software and the integration into our global ERP system
  • Interpret data on logistics elements to generate actionable insights and recommendations to guide strategic decision-making within the organization.
  • Enter logistics-related data into systems (database)
  • Maintain databases of logistics information
  • Support ongoing analyses in areas such as transportation costs, delivery processes, etc.
  • Work with IT to maintain data incorporated in the systems correctly such as pricing, logistics information
  • Basic Qualifications / Knowledge / Experience

  • Degree in Economics, Engineering or IT, preferably with a focus on Logistics, Supply Chain Management or Sustainability OR an apprenticeship (Ausbildung) in the logistics sector (e.g. Kaufmann/Kauffrau für Spedition und Logistikdienstleistungen)
  • Minimum 1-4 years of experience in Logistics, preferably in an automotive or IT environment
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills in English, other European languages are a plus
  • Prior experience of working in logistics/supply chain/ transportation function within the automotive or manufacturing environment with comprehensive knowledge of logistics processes and procedures is a plus
  • Knowledge of principles for moving vehicles by rail, road and sea
  • IT systems knowledge and skills including knowledge and understanding of systems such as Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), and customer data systems
  • Advanced Excel skills along with good utilization of MS Offices
  • Well organized and detail-oriented
  • Strong attention to detail, advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proactive mind-set of task taking, learning and understanding industry and business
