Role Overview
Fisker Automotive is looking for passionate Analyst, Systems, Data and Admin,
to join our growing team based in Munich, Germany. This exciting cross-
functional position will give you the opportunity to work with departments
across the global Fisker organization.
Responsibilities
Work closely with logistics suppliers to ensure our systems are updated
and the reflect the right data
Set up and maintain Fisker's vehicle tracking software and the integration
into our global ERP system
Interpret data on logistics elements to generate actionable insights and
recommendations to guide strategic decision-making within the
organization.
Enter logistics-related data into systems (database)
Maintain databases of logistics information
Support ongoing analyses in areas such as transportation costs, delivery
processes, etc.
Work with IT to maintain data incorporated in the systems correctly such
as pricing, logistics information
Basic Qualifications / Knowledge / Experience
Degree in Economics, Engineering or IT, preferably with a focus on
Logistics, Supply Chain Management or Sustainability OR an apprenticeship
(Ausbildung) in the logistics sector (e.g. Kaufmann/Kauffrau für
Spedition und Logistikdienstleistungen)
Minimum 1-4 years of experience in Logistics, preferably in an automotive
or IT environment
Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills in English,
other European languages are a plus
Prior experience of working in logistics/supply chain/ transportation
function within the automotive or manufacturing environment with
comprehensive knowledge of logistics processes and procedures is a plus
Knowledge of principles for moving vehicles by rail, road and sea
IT systems knowledge and skills including knowledge and understanding of
systems such as Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), and customer data
systems
Advanced Excel skills along with good utilization of MS Offices
Well organized and detail-oriented
Strong attention to detail, advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
Proactive mind-set of task taking, learning and understanding industry and
business
