The Technical Business Analyst is responsible for analyzing the state of the business and identifying areas for improvement within the PMO department initiatives. This includes working with various stakeholders to gather requirements, creating process flow diagrams, and presenting recommendations to management.

The ideal candidate will have strong documentation management experience, analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams. Additionally, the candidate should have experience with building business solutions within the Microsoft 365 technology stack.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Analyzing business processes and identifying areas for improvement utilizing Microsoft 365 technology.
  • Designing and developing custom solutions using Microsoft 365 technologies such as Excel, SharePoint, PowerApps, Power Automate, and other related Microsoft technology stack.
  • Creating and maintaining business documentation, including process flow diagrams, product scope documents, user manuals, and training materials.
  • Collaborating with technical teams to ensure that solutions are implemented correctly and meet business requirements.
  • Communicating with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide progress updates.
  • Continuously improving and maintaining solutions to ensure that they meet the evolving needs of the business.
  • Providing guidance and mentorship to other team members on best practices within the Microsoft 365 technology ecosystem.
  • Acting as a liaison between the business and technical teams to ensure alignment between business objectives and technology solutions.
  • Can understand the business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Develop communication tools to align cross functional teams.
  • Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or related role
  • 3 years of Automotive experience
  • Experience with Microsoft low-code languages
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience building solutions with Microsoft 365 technologies such as Excel (VBA), SharePoint, and the Power Suite
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Experience working in a highly regulated industry is a plus.

  • Critical thinking and the ability to interpret/design data models
