Fisker is embarking on an exciting journey and we're searching for an enthusiastic Assistant Vehicle Processing & Operations Manager to join our vibrant team in Huntington Beach, CA. Responsibilities

  • Be the guiding force behind our Vehicle Processing Specialists, ensuring that each vehicle is delivered in nothing less than perfect condition.

  • Choreograph the rhythm of our operations by overseeing workflows and scheduling for the Vehicle Processing Specialists.

  • Design and implement game-changing strategies, from process flows to space optimization, that elevate the efficiency of our operation.

  • Be the pulse of performance metrics, updating monthly reports and trackers that unveil the heartbeat of our operations.

  • Support our leadership team in achieving their monthly, quarterly, and annual objectives, ensuring our journey aligns with the roadmap.

  • Inject innovation into the DNA of our operation, driving changes that revolutionize our business and redefine our customer experience.

  • Be the curator of our workspace, maintaining its cleanliness, organization, and safety, to nurture a thriving work environment.

  • Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement, fostering accountability and growth through observations and interactive meetings.

  • Basic Qualifications / Knowledge / Experience

  • Clock at least 2 years in the driver's seat, directly leading teams to triumph over targets.

  • Experience in lot management, vehicle detailing, inspection, and repair will put you in the express lane.

  • A Bachelor's Degree is like a turbo boost, propelling you ahead.

  • Your clean driving record is your golden ticket to this thrilling ride.

  • Weekends and holidays? No detours here – your willingness to be in the driver's seat whenever needed sets you apart.

  • Your DNA is coded with startup energy, and your strategic thinking ignites innovative pathways.

  • Your organizational skills would put a Swiss watch to shame, and your attention to detail catches even the smallest nuances.

  • The weight of lifting objects up to 30 lbs and manual labor doesn't intimidate you – you're built for action.

  • Expected Salary Range: $41,440.00 to $95,440.00 a year.

    Additional Compensation: Salary is one part of total compensation which includes bonuses, equity awards as applicable, and benefits. An employee is eligible to participate in Fisker's equity program, subject to the rules governing such programs.

    Benefits: Fisker provides comprehensive medical, prescription, dental, vision, and disability insurance packages for full-time employees, their spouse or domestic partner, and children up to age 26. Coverage is effective on the first day of employment, and Fisker covers most of the premiums for employees.

    The salary offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors including market location, job-related knowledge, education/training, certifications, key skills, experience, internal peer equity as well as business considerations. Fisker reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position within the salary range listed, taking into account the wide variety of factors listed above.
