RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead the Vehicle Quality as an independent department to ensure compliance regulations and avoid any conflict of interest.
Central Quality steering and coordination across all departments (aftersales, manufacturing, purchasing, supply chain, logistics and engineering).
Leads internal and external investigations and field actions.
Technical Compliance for product safety analysis, market conformity, TREAD reporting, product safety decision meeting (APS).
Quality Analysis: complete vehicle analysis, vehicle endurance validation (drives), field warranty analysis (return parts, on-car), Q-Front loading & lessons learned.
Customer Quality: warranty administration & policy, warranty audits, data analysis (warranty, JDP, CR, etc.), technical aspects, warranty parts return center.
Service Publications & Support: repair manual, service tools, technical bulletins, time units & flat rate repair calculations, diagnostic support, technical repair support.
Central Quality: Q-Manufacturing resident, Port Quality Center, Quality Management System (QMS), Product Audits and Process Audits.
Identify, maintain, and ensure quality milestones, deliverables, and related activities.
Report and monitor all quality related targets and activities.
Manage and report on the quality and services processes.
Highly knowledgeable in all areas of product, process, quality, and technical services including business plan development.
Lead, motivate and direct product quality team through visibility, accessibility, communication, and coaching.
Collaborate and regular reporting to senior executives.
Partner with engineering, purchasing, and manufacturing team to ensure excellent customer experience and seamless handover.
Develop strategies for customer satisfaction.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum 10+ years' experience in the Automotive Industry and leading function.
Preferred experience in Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Process Improvement.
Experience in Vehicle Launch.
Bachelor's degree.
Sense of urgency in solving problems and comfortable with a fast-paced, demanding environment.
Strong execution and relationship-building skills.
Results and solutions driven with collaboration focus.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, Competencies:
Experience in manufacturing, engineering and process chain quality.
Great understanding of product and process development processes.
Experience with crises and critical situation management.
High level of initiative and sound judgment.
Creative, energetic, self-motivated, and highly organized.
Effective and efficient communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio).

Expected Salary Range
$160,000.00 to $275,000.00 per year
Additional Compensation
Salary is one part of total compensation which includes bonuses, equity awards as applicable, and benefits. An employee is eligible to participate in Fisker's equity program, subject to the rules governing such programs.

Fisker provides comprehensive medical, prescription, dental, vision, and disability insurance packages for full-time employees, their spouse or domestic partner, and children up to age 26. Coverage is effective on the first day of employment, and Fisker covers most of the premiums for employees.
The salary offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors including market location, job-related knowledge, education/training, certifications, key skills, experience, internal peer equity as well as business considerations. Fisker reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position within the salary range listed, taking into account the wide variety of factors listed above.
