Work Location: This position mandates on-site presence at our Global Headquarters in Manhattan Beach, California, situated in the Los Angeles metropolitan area. Commuting is expected, and if necessary, the company will provide relocation assistance.

Previous Experience: The ideal candidate must possess recent experience within the Automotive/OEM/EV domain, showcasing expertise in various critical areas including Aftersales, Service, Parts, and Logistics. A minimum of 5 years at a leadership level is required in these domains.

Role Overview

This role is primarily responsible for overseeing North American strategy and implementation for Aftersales, Service, Parts and Logistics providing support to Global strategy and implementation when required. This role oversees and is responsible for the following functions in North America: Service, Parts and accessories operations, This role will help lead the day-to-day operational implementation in North America for these functions. This person will collaborate with other executives and stakeholders within the organization to ensure the achievement of department and company goals.

Responsibilities

  • Leadership and development of the Service and Parts & Logistics team to ensure North American strategies in all areas are implemented exceptionally to achieve company goals.

  • Further development and scaling of existing strategies, plans, processes to grow the North American market.

  • Daily management and review of key projects, presentations, customer facing communications.

  • Guide, coach and provide counsel to the Aftersales and Service team to help problem solve, deliver excellence in customer satisfaction and other key business objectives.

  • Guide the evolution of the North America digital customer journeys to ensure an outstanding customer experience.

  • Align the growth of the North American organization with business requirements.

  • Working across the organization with key stakeholders to ensure an integrated strategy that achieves company goals.

  • Qualifications / Knowledge / Experience

  • Minimum 10+ years' progressively responsible automotive OEM experience with experience in multiple key areas such as Aftersales, Service, Parts & Logistics, with at least five years at the Director level.

  • Bachelor's degree minimum, with a post-graduate degree preferred.

  • In-depth knowledge of multiple automotive functions that are main drivers of the business (Aftersales, Service, Parts, Field Operations, etc.)

  • Excellent organization, negotiation, communication, and presentation skills required.

  • Excellence in developing strategies and operational implementation.

  • Excellence in multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment, while overseeing multiple verticals

  • Passion for electric vehicles and sustainability.

  • Expected Salary Range

    $186,242.00 to $268,488.00 per year

    Additional Compensation

    Salary is one part of total compensation which includes bonuses, equity awards as applicable, and benefits. An employee is eligible to participate in Fisker's equity program, subject to the rules governing such programs.

Coverage is effective on the first day of employment, and Fisker covers most of the premiums for employees.

    The salary offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors including market location, job-related knowledge, education/training, certifications, key skills, experience, internal peer equity as well as business considerations. Fisker reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position within the salary range listed, taking into account the wide variety of factors listed above.
