The term "mono-material" describes the use of a single material base to manufacture complex products. A mono-material vehicle interior simplifies recycling and is a significant step towards greater circularity. A highly recyclable thermoplastic is the sole material used for all the soft components of the interior: the foam, the adhesive, the 3D knit fiber, and the non-woven lamination.
