The charging station is now ready for use in semi-public and public areas across Germany and Austria. Now, EVBox confirms that their DC charging station, EVBox Troniq Modular, as well as their production facilities in Bordeaux, France have fully passed the last step of the certification, Eichrecht Module D, confirmed by CSA Group Bavaria. The German calibration law indicates that publicly accessible charging stations in Germany and Austria, where the charging station bills the customer directly, must specify the amount of energy delivered in kWh to the user. By meeting the compliance standards of Eichrecht, the EVBox Troniq Modular will now enter the German and Austrian market, ready for semi-public and public area usage.
