On Wednesday, February 8th, QWIC will internally move to a new phone system. Do not worry, we will not change our phone numbers in order for you to reach CS and TS, these will remain the same. What changes will you notice as a dealer when contacting QWIC from Wednesday onwards? Before you speak to an agent, you will receive different announcements than you might be used to from us. We would also like to make you aware that we are expecting some downtime on Monday 13 February between 16.00-16.15 due to planned maintenance.
