The End of the Beginning​

Polestar was founded in an idea: one of design-led, sustainable, electric performance, an idea expressed at launch with our first car. A minimalistic electric performance hybrid, Polestar 1 was a message to the traditional, conventional automotive industry. One that couldn’t be ignored.​That car, just like Polestar today, couldn’t be put in a box, it wasn’t easily defined. And never stop pushing.​And we are retiring that first messenger, the car that started it all, Polestar 1. But this isn’t the beginning of the end.​It is just the end of the beginning.​
